■ Care and General Guidelines

1. This product can only be hand washed with neutral detergent. When drying, simply shake off the water or put it in the washing machine for a quick spin (10-15 seconds) and then place it in a cool place to air dry.
2. Do not use bleach or softener when cleaning. Avoid dry cleaning the brace or putting it in the dryer.
3. When not in use, please place it in a dry and cool place under 40°C.
4. In order to prevent discomfort, do not fasten the abdominal belt and shoulder straps too tight.
5. If the posture brace moves upward due to physical activities such as sitting down, bending over, etc., please re-adjust to the correct position.
6 . Avoid excessive bending over and rotating the waist when wearing the posture brace.
7. If you are wearing the posture brace for long hours, it is recommended to unbuckle and loosen the straps of the posture brace for 10 minutes every 2 hours.
8. Our posture braces aim to help maintain good posture. In order to maximise the effectiveness of the posture brace, it is recommended to regularly exercise to strengthen your core muscles.
