■ Care and General Guidelines

1. The "Felt cloth" heat-resistant temperature is under 85°C. Please do not use an iron or a hair dryer to heat it directly.
2. After your customised brace has been shaped and cooled, it can be worn repeatedly. If in need, the brace can be reheated and reshaped at any time to ensure a customised fit.
3. Do not use an open flame to heat directly.
4. Keep away from heat sources that are above 50°C when wearing. Avoid being near heaters,saunas, etc.
5. When not in use, please place it in a dry and cool place under 40°C.
6. If you find any discomfort while wearing the brace, immediately stop using it and seek medical help from a professional.
7. Please wash with neutral detergent and air dry.
8. The brace can be washed in a washing machine, with water temperatures not exceeding 40°C.
9. Do not use bleach or softener when cleaning. Avoid putting the brace in the dryer or dry cleaning.
