The Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO) is made of MEDLite SUPPORT thermoplastic sheet. Use a hair dryer to soften the splint (>80℃) to create a customized fit for the patient's foot shape.

■ General Guidelines and Warning

1. If the AFO is damaged or ruined, please do not repair yourself and seek medical proffessional´s assistance.
2. Avoid immersing AFO in hot water. To clean it, wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it in a cool place.
3. Do not use hair dryers, dryers, or any warm heat to dry the AFO.
4. The AFO is for personal use only.
5. Avoid wearing the AFO in warm environments above 40℃ , such as in a sauna or steam room.
6. When the AFO is not in use, please place it in a dry and cool place between 0°C and 40°C and avoid leaving it in areas such as: closed cars in the summer, the surface of a hot radiator, near the heater or under strong sunlight.
